Mazaka After Sales Services Department meets the demands of our customers regarding issues such as after sales training, spare parts supply, and construction equipment repair.
Headquartered in Ankara, the After Sales Services Directorate, which is established on an area of approximately 28.000m², has spare parts warehouses, service station and training center managed with barcode system. Service and spare parts services are offered from a total of 63 points, 55 of which are authorized private service points.
It provides service and spare parts to its customers through 150 dealers abroad. In addition, it has Mazaka WEST in Barcelona, Spain, Mazaka RUS in Krasnodar, Russia, and Mazaka JAPANESE sales and afte sales services center in Sagamihara, Japan, in order to carry out authorized dealer management, sales and after sales services abroad. Necessary technical and logistic support is provided by the After Sales Services Directorate in Turkey to regions other than the specified regions.
We provide service and spare parts supply through our dealers abroad. In addition, international authorized dealer management,
Mazaka America in New York, USA;
Mazaka Middele East in Dubai, , and
Mazaka Turkey in Istanbul and Kayseri.
Necessary technical and logistic support for regions other than the regions mentioned above is provided by the After Sales Services Department in Turkey.
